New and Upcoming Dubai Schools: 2026-27
Checked 10 October 2026. New schools can expand your shortlist, but published launch plans, current year groups and future phases are different things. Confirm availability, approvals and the fee offer directly before applying.
Harrow International School Dubai
Our directory now includes Harrow in Al Thanyah Second. The 2026/27 intake covers FS1–Year 6. Tuition is AED 80,000–106,000; compulsory dining brings tuition plus dining to AED 86,650–119,440. Planned senior years are excluded from these current-intake figures. We have not verified a KHDA inspection rating or measured school-run times for the campus.
Other 2026 launches to check
Queen Elizabeth’s School Dubai Sports City advertises an early-years to Year 8 intake. Dubai International Academy Town Square and Ash Mount School in Mudon advertise provision through Grade 8. Ambassador International Academy Mankhool is another new campus to investigate. Check the school’s current operating status, places and approvals directly. IB candidacy is not full programme authorisation.
Rugby School Dubai and Kent College
Aldar announced Rugby School Dubai as a transition from Kent College Dubai. Families researching either name should confirm the current operator, admissions offer and KHDA record; a predecessor’s inspection rating should not automatically be treated as a new school’s rating.
Planned for 2027
The Scholars School advertises admissions for 2027/28. Treat it as a planned opening, rather than a current school option, until the opening and applicable approvals are confirmed.
Recent campuses still worth checking
Dubai’s official 2025/26 opening announcement also named GEMS School of Research and Innovation, Dubai British School Mira, DESS Academic City, Victory Heights Primary School City of Arabia, Al Fanar School and Lycée Français International de Mudon. These are candidates for further directory coverage. Verify the specific campus so that it is not confused with another school in the same group.
